Over the phone we exchange information, discuss your current needs, and schedule a face-to-face meeting. Because we place such a high value on relationship building, we do not accept a project without first meeting the client.
After the initial contact, we conduct preliminary research and forward a set of questions for the business owner to consider before we meet.
2 – In-Person Meeting
In this conversation we reach a conceptual agreement by outlining the objectives of your project, deciding how to measure its success, and determining its value to your company.
Most importantly, this is the first step in building our relationship and establishing trust. We want to know you and your business!
3 – Project Proposal
This proposal outlines the potential methodologies for the project and the options available to you.
The timeline, terms, costs, and conditions of the project will be discussed.
4 – Project Implementation
Implementation starts as soon as a proposal is accepted. To ensure that your business receives maximum benefit from our services, we urge you to play an active role in the process.
The extent of your involvement largely determines the quality of the advice we will be able to provide, and ultimately, the outcome of the project.
5 – Project Delivery
This is final stage, where we conclude our work and evaluate the success of the project. Presentation of results will be arranged in person (preferably) or through the method of your choice.
