We recently was interviewed by Rogers Magazine’s Connected for Business on our thoughts on customer retention.

Every business owner wants to attract new customers, but it’s just as important to focus on the clients that they already have. Sandy Huang, president of Vancouver-based business consultancy Pinpoint Tactics, says that research has shown that it costs seven times more to acquire a new customer than to keep an old one. “It’s something that people need to pay attention to and be aware of,” she says.
